By downloading, installing, or using the Send To Self mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Send To Self is an iOS bookmark management application that allows users to save, organize, and access links, articles, and notes across their Apple devices using a beautiful chat-style interface. The App uses CloudKit and your personal iCloud account for data storage and synchronization, ensuring your bookmarks remain private and accessible only to you.

The App offers a free tier with unlimited bookmarks and core features, plus an optional one-time premium upgrade ($8.99) that unlocks unlimited custom categories and private categories with biometric authentication.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all bookmarks and content you save through the App is legal and does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Maintaining the security of your Apple ID and iCloud account
• Not attempting to circumvent any security features of the App, CloudKit, or iCloud
• Not using the App to save or share malicious links or harmful content
• Respecting website terms of service when saving bookmarks from external sites
• Using biometric authentication features (Face ID/Touch ID) responsibly for private categories

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. The App stores your bookmark data exclusively in your personal iCloud account using CloudKit and does not transmit information to external servers operated by us. 5. Intellectual Property

The App and all related materials, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

8. Premium Features and Payments

The App offers optional premium features through a one-time in-app purchase ($8.99). Premium features include unlimited custom categories and private categories with biometric authentication. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Premium features are restored across your devices when signed in with the same Apple ID.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your devices. Your data will remain in your iCloud account and can be accessed if you reinstall the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
